Flex Court^® is an elastic synthetic surface composed of tiles. The two basic Flex Court^® tiles measure 25.4 cm x 25.4 cm (10" x 10") and 25.4 cm x 5.1 cm (10" x 2") for the lines. The height is 1.8 cm (3/4"). The posts supporting each tile are of different heights, providing excellent surface elasticity. Water is drained away under the playing surface and makes it ready to use at any time. The unique textured surface of Flex Court^® is specially designed to give good shoe contact to keep from slipping and sliding. The tiles can easily be installed, dismantled or replaced by simply snapping them together. The oval lugs prevent warping and distortion of the tiles with temperature changes. Flex Court^® materials made of polyethylene or polypropylene are UV-stabilized and dazzle-free.

If you decide to have a contractor install a concrete slab here are some important tips.  Whatever size you decide upon for your court have the slab made 1" larger than that size, for example: if you want a 30' W x 40'L court have the slab made to 30' 1" W x 40'1"L x 4" thick State that you wish the contractor to use the best MARL available. A smooth waterseal finish coat should also be applied. A pitch of anywhere between 1"-10" should be applied to the outer perimeter of the slab for proper drainage.
