Gooseneck Single Pole OD1, OD1a The standard for recreational courts using fan-shaped backboards. Heavy duty galvanized pole available in either 3-1/2" or 4-1/2" O.D. is designed for direct mount only for maximum strength in the critical rim mounting area. The OD1 is 3-1/2" O.D. with a 3' extension length. The OD1a is 4-1/2" O.D. with a standard 4' extension length. Direct burial in concrete is recommended. Optional ground-sleeve sold separately (model SL1, SL1a). Specifications / Warranty Recreational system with traditional gooseneck appearance.
